  3. I have this anal need not to have numbers or "reminders" on my apps. They just irk me. So every night I'm adding a list of things I want to do. I'm just anal enough that I got through the list quickly to be able to erase the numbers.
  4. Dollhouse Report June 19, 2016 - I've done really well. I accomplished all of week 1! Though it was touch and go because I made a sudden trip home (4hours away) on Friday to be with my siblings and parents on Father's day and Saturday turned into a very stressful and not great day. This week is extending the goals and making sure I'm making the time. I've started this by scheduling tomorrow to include reminders about my goals throughout the day.   9. Despite challenge 1's failure I am sending myself on another challenge. I'm still focusing on the things that every Doll is, strong, peaceful, and wise. Due to my hectic schedule, I will trim down my challenge. For 5 week challenge, we focus on reaching goals. Week 1: The beginning-- 25 XP: Meditate 5 days in a row -- 10XP 10 squats once a day for 4/7 days -- 10XP Study my book of the week 3/7-- 5XP Week 2: Find your Arrow -- 25 XP Meditate 5 days in a row for 10 minutes -- 10XP 10 squats once a day for 6/7 days -- 10XP Study my book of the week 5/7 -- 5XP Week 3: Never Give up -- 25XP Meditate 5 days in a row for 20 minutes -- 10XP 10 squats once a day for 6/7 days (again) -- 5XP Create my first lesson for my RAs -- 10XP Week 4: Maintain your Stamina -- 25XP Meditate 5 days in a row for 20 minutes (again)-- 10XP Winsor Pilates 3/7 days (again) -- 5XP 10 squats once a day for 6/7 days (again) -- 5XP Study my book of the week 5/7 -- 5XP

  11. Dollhouse report Jun 8, 2016 -- Week 3 was successful however, overall mission not. Work and family commitments became extremely demanding and missed my workouts. So overall not successful. But it's okay, from failure we learn more. I think I got a little ambitious in my challenge. I will try smaller next time. Case Closed- Krissy Valentine
  12. Dollhouse Report May 22, 2016 - I've found myself procrastinating horribly. I barely accomplished my weekly challenges only because I turned to and focused this weekend. I must work on this, but I did accomplish this weeks challenges and am approved to move on to the next week which will not allow me procrastination or I will not accomplish them.
  13. Dollhouse Report May 15, 2016 - I've had to make a "to-do" list to remember to accomplish my challenge, but I can report week 1 success if only by barely, (I finished today.) Hoping next week is just as successful.

  15. Every Doll has to begin somewhere. I begin with the three things that every Doll is, strong, peaceful, and wise, but it all begins with routine. For 5 week challenge that is where it all begins, with the development of my routine. Week 1: The beginning-- 25 XP: Wake up before 6:30 am 3/5 work days. -- 10XP Meditate 2/7 days -- 5XP Work out 3/7 days -- 10XP Week 2: Find your Arrow -- 25 XP Wake up before 6:30 am 4/5 work days -- 5XP Meditate 4/7 days --5XP Work out 4/7 days -- 7XP Complete 2 quest from any group -- 8XP Week 3: Never Give up -- 25XP Wake up before 6:30 am 5/5 work days -- 5XP Meditate 5/7 days --5XP Work out 5/7 days -- 7XP Complete 4 quest from any group -- 8XP Week 4: Maintain your Stamina -- 25XP Meditate 20 minutes -- 5XP Maintain Work out days -- 7XP Practice guitar 15 min 2/7 days -- 5 XP Complete any quest from any guild worth 25+ -- 8XP This is what I want my routine to be from now on, so this is where I choose to begin.

  17. HI! I'm new to Nerd Fitness and am looking for people in the Ark-La-Tex. I'm currently in Texarkana and would love to set up times to be road warriors together and make challenges and destroy them :D. Krissy
