  6. Despite deficits and lots of burned calories, my scale didn't budge this week. DISGRUNTLED. Date night tonight and all I want to do is eat is french fries. And chocolate. AND TEQUILA SHOTS :(

  9. Just used my wiles to weasel a free personal free weight training session out of a fitness instructor at the gym. Monday at 11, I'll actually be lifting things... which I said I'd never do. So... Take that world!

      it sorta depends on your goal. if you want to be first, then it's a sport. if it's a personal goal, then it's not a sport.
