  1. week 2 wrap up: missed a workout, tracked all the food that i could. no liquid calories besides my coffees. so, B?
  2. that's what i was thinking. seeing cory start in the 40s makes me cringe...
  3. all i hear is someone throwing around ignorant statements trying to push their own agenda and product. that smoothie is a joke. there're no vegetables (kale, spinach, etc.), and it's mostly sugar. you're going to be hungry pretty quick after drinking it.
  4. my tris were decently sore, but i didn't go very heavy because i'm not used to the lift.
  5. thought i said this a while back, oh well. aug 11th is a major no go for me. moving and such. have fun! i look forward to meeting everyone at some point!
  6. it looks a little weird cause i add sour cream to it, but it's my chili that i make. ground beef, onion, green bell pepper, diced tomatoes, dark red kidney beans, black beans, tomato paste, and chili seasoning mix.
  7. second round of intervals tonight. the previous workout (last week wednesday) i went 4 1/2 intervals, for a total of 27 minutes. i went a total of 5 miles. today, at the 27 minute mark, i beat my previous session BY A FULL FRICKIN MILE! and then i cycled for another 3 minutes for another half mile. :-D
  8. i'd shoot for a week of consistantly cleaning the kitchen before adding other areas. habits and will power and whatnot.
  9. dunno if it's been linked before, but this subreddit is pretty awesome http://www.reddit.com/r/wicked_edge/
  10. just rediscovered this thread. love the work done so far.

  13. week 2 day 1: gym, do you has it? cal: 3276 (100%)fat: 214g (144%)protein: 253g (67%)carbs: 78g (78%)
