  1. yes! please do! i suck at making those entertaining. You don't have to stay in the boundary set for the assassins if you feel like getting creative and expanding it upwards and outwards.
  2. if i wasn't lazy (and, you know, with 3 other half-finished projects) i'd redo mine to auto-harvest. i get about 1 1/2 stacks as well with mine. i did get the running track for the scouts pretty well done. not sure how i'm going to do the others yet though.
  3. :-( to cheer you up, here's the hair pump i got at the gym last night http://i.imgur.com/VyA80WG.jpg
  4. hey babe of steel, what kind of snacks you gettin?
  5. Date Completed: 8/5 Workout Details: Dumbbell Pullovers Exercise Feedback: I've done these before, albeit 10+ years ago in high school. Felt pretty food. Might consider adding them as a permanent staple. Workout: 5lbs x 10, 10lbs x 10, 15lbs x 10, 15lbs x 10. really started to feel it in that last set.
  6. hmm, cause i completley forgot to update my sig for this challenge. also added link to this challenge's thread. thank you!
  7. week1 wrapup: 3x5/interval cycling 3x a week: done! track my macros: done! had a few bad days there towards the end of the week, but figuring out what i'm eating and what i need to stop doing. eliminate liquid calories: like i said, had a few bad days towards the end of the week. turned to an icee for emotional support (i know, bad) and then had two mochas. thinking i might just remove the mochas and just drink coffee because the cream in my coffee is so much less than what i get in mochas.

  11. So, I was quite upset yesterday and fell into the emotional eating trap.... I went to the movie theater and got a small popcorn. HOLY CRAP! 2k+ calories, 128g+ fat, and 256+g carbs? Nope, never again.
  12. yeah, c-store food just isn't the best for you. when it's my only option i tend to just get a bag of jack link's jerky. still not great, but better than loading up on carbs and sugars.
  13. Date Completed: 8/2 Workout Details: Snatch Grip Deadlifts Exercise Feedback: Not a big fan of these. Trying to keep my feet in the same position as doing a regular deadlift is a no go cause of my stomach. trying to go full range was difficult because of the extra 2+ inches to go down, and my stomach being in the way. also, no knurding on the bar where my grip was, and didn't feel like i had a very strong grip on the bar. i did two sets of 5, 1 at 95 and one at 115.
  14. No, they were interspersed across about an hour in groups of 4.
  15. sounds about right. thank you senior.
  16. this, x2, was my lunch today: http://thirstersfoodblog.files.wordpress.com/2013/08/img_20130801_120654.jpg need help figuring out the macros...
  17. some armies are more emphatic about sending their soldiers to die.
  18. i can't remember, but the quote and phrasing stuck. creepy as hell.
  19. it's the song a phone plays while being charged or, the song an army plays when the minions are charging the enemy
