Hi, I'm Chloe and I just joined about 2 minutes ago! I'm trying to get really fit so I can make varsity for Cross Country!
Anyways, my goals are:
DIET:
- Reduce fast food consumption by 50%
- Replace one processed snack with a fruit or vegetable per day
FITNESS:
- Participate in an active, social game once per week
LIFE:
- Say one nice thing about my body in the mirror every day
I'm excited to start, since this seems doable
