Hi all! My name's Mike and I'm just getting started, but hoping to make a big change in my life and start leveling up! I've never really worked out or been in great shape, and I have a desk job, so no help there. But times they are a' changin! I've already completed Day 1 of the Level 1 Rookie workout (kicked my ass, and my legs are still a little sore, but that's good!) and looking forward to more.
