  1. Last week, I have to admit that I found the great way I was able to build the habit of daily effort for "Forge the shape" and "Socialize" quests, lot of work needed in other areas but I'm happy with those results!

  3. Third week, down again in the rollercoaster, especially in food and work.. I hope for the last one then!!!

  6. WEEK 1 results Overall it has been a very bad week, especially about the eating side.. Nevertheless I'm confident about my next one! ZF

  9. Hello everybody! After a while I "decided to respawn" and implement again the 4 week challenge as part of my life, hoping that will help me reach my medium and long term goals! Just to avoid long explanations of those simple quests, I'll list them immediately! (also becasue it's late and I don't want to postpone doing this anymore) Quest One Name: Forge the shape and restore eating Exercise: 30 minutes walk everyday + 3 workouts for week Eating: avoid sweets and carbohydrate Quest Two Name: Socialize with that "threatening" world Say "Hello, how are you?" to someone every day Quest Three Name: Mindfulness way Practice mindfulness (using app or something else) 10 minutes per day + try in other moments (e.g. eating) Quest Four Name: Build revenue Do something good for my business every day (call someone, share my business, sell something, conquer the world..) I'll use the habitica app for track my daily/weekly quests, and I'll post the report (approximately) every Sunday morning. Sait this, I wish all the best for you all with your challenges!   12. Ciao a tutti!!! Mi chiedevo da tempo se ci fossero altri italiani, così in uno slancio di entusiasmo ho deciso di creare questo post, nella speranza di trovare qualche altro membro della rebellion che abita nel bel paese (o ne parla la lingua)! Post telegrafico..per ora! A presto ZF

Week results Week 1 Goals: Finish every meal without being satiated --> 72% Do more in my learning area --> 100% 10k steps habit --> 83% Average: 85% Sidequests: Create my own real life RPG game "homescreen" in my room to motivate me everyday to do more --> DONE! Considerations: Only being aware that I'm eating too much helped finish the week with all the meals with a bit of hunger, and it has been amazing! Week 2 Goals: Finish every meal without being satiated --> 95% Do more in my learning area --> 157% 10k steps habit --> 86% Average: 117% Considerations: I found a huge motivation in doing my 10K steps even in those days when I was late but focused in doing that.. I hope to find an eqivalent in ohter important areas (like food and by own buisness)! Have a nice journey ZF
  14. Hello adventurers! I came back after a while with a biiig respawn in the NF world, and I wanted to follow the road of this wonderful game that I've discovered few months ago! Goals: - Finish every meal without being satiated (a very difficult thing to do, especially when someone loves food like i do!) --> 80% every week to pass - Level up on the Academy's workout (this means not only go outside the comfort zone for learning the new moves, but also to invest more in my equipment) --> level up to pass - Keep track of my activities and do more in my learning area (what get mesured improves: study, read and listen more of the previous week) --> incremented % every week to pass - Rebuild the 10k steps habit (not easy with a buisy schedule but not impossible) --> do more than 10k steps 6/7 day a week to pass I think I'll add ohter quests (if you're familiar with the game, when you hit the fisrt star you don't have a clue what it's for, later you'll discover and oh! better collect them!) Scoring: All the quests passed for a Dinggggg! Level up! Sidequests: - Create my own real life RPG game "homescreen" in my room to motivate me everyday to do more - Be more focused on things that really matter and spend less time on bad habits - Be happy, no excuses See you soon, and have a good walk in His garden!
