I feel like I should get bonus points for going to the GP this morning, admitting yesterday's low, and booking a GP call for tomorrow. *sigh* I may have literally said "it's a waste of your time but if my patient told me, I'd encourage them to go to their GP just in case so I better take my own advice." Today's plan: sleep if needed, eat a banana, and drink plenty of water. Shivanata if I can.

  7. I’ve been off work for a month. I’ll be going back to a phased return this in a week’s time, and I am exhausted, scared and nauseated. But I need to pay the mortgage. While I go back to work, I’m running my first group for my online business: desperate to sustain myself without relying on my dayjob income. And then I'm preparing for NaNoWriMo too. This may be a mistake. So I’m doing the VERY LIGHTEST CHALLENGE I can. Four and a bit weeks, since it’s Thursday now of “week 0”.   8. I am in love with this challenge. I don't play the games but my friend's Lets Play channel has all the Uncharted (lost legacy coming out soon) games, and TLOU including the DLC. So excited to follow along (and actually *get* the references, ha!)

At least I feel more legit now But also /Eeeep/ not fun. Had a balanced day in the end: chores + rest, a coaching meditation session & a mix of fruit, veggies + chocolate

I'm going to decide tomorrow, as my sick certificate lasts until Thursday and I feel if I tried to renew it too early, the GP would be like "maybe wait until next day in case you feel better" as she seemed reluctant to give me the certificate at all.
