  1. Since I can't do pullups yet, I have set up bands across the top of my rack with a curl bar to do lat pulls.
  2. I used to compete at a decent level in powerlifting. After piddling around for the last decade or so and not really training, I have actually taken advantage of the quarantine, working out at home on a regular basis again. I have been a member of this site for a few years now, but have not fully utilized it. I'm hoping to change that now as I pursue consistency.
