First post, first topic, first challenge. Daunting!
So, Hey!
Brand new to the rebellion, trying to get a hang of everything. Only thing i had for sure is that the assassin's guild is where I wanna be. Masters of their own body, world as a playground? Sign me in, please.
I got to the challenge 2 days late, and just discovered that i needed a thread and goals of my own to officially get in plz don't judge me, i didn't know! Soo, here it is.
As a newbie, I'll keep things simple:
Nutrition:
- Let go of milk on my coffee. Just black from now on.
- Figure out a new breakfast, with protein!
Teehee!! I heard something about eggs in a mug and microwave... Gotta test this shit.
Fitness:
- Add the 5 minute walk to my routine, everyday. Got this hacked by finding a new parking lot to leave my car at work. It's a exact 5 min walk 'til my desk. The challenge is do not park on the closer one. Bonus point: take a longer path to get to my building, adding to a 10~15 min walk.
- As for training, I'm active, but still figuring out goals and shit. Maybe i'll include something extra here later =]
Life:
- Get dishes on dishwasher and the trash out every night before bed.
