  1. @Cryosilver we're going to New Haven Zen Center tonight for an hr or two. Everyone else, did you realize you can meditate while driving? Continuously inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 4 counts, and focus on being mindful of the present. When you find yourself thinking about other stuff (where you're going, what you'll do when you get there, brawling with the person who just cut you off, etc.), just acknowledge it and bring your thoughts back to your breathing and surroundings. I find it helps to have the window open. It'll help you be more alert to avoid accidents, generally destress you, and decrease any road raging. Big part of it is not to get upset with yourself when your mind wanders - that's just part of it. I have 65 minutes so far from driving meditation.
  2. Hi. I just joined the team. Cryo is my husband to be. I should be able to get a decent number of squats in this week. I'll see how many I can do tomorrow and go from there.
  3. Heya! I just joined and this is my first challenge. My fiance did 600 squats for The Belligerence and I was like, I can squat. @Cryosilver
  4. Heya! My fiance was whining that he wanted help with this mini challenge and I was working out any way so... I'm into kickboxing these days. Not sure which guild that would fall under. Definitely used to be a Druid type. My short term fitness goal is to fit comfortably into my wedding dress. Long tern - to not have my heart explode.
