  1. WEDNESDAY - CARDIO Ultimate HIIT Workout for People Who Get Bored Easily by Fitness Blender Well... this sucked. 25 sec. each. Jog in place High knee march Butt kick row Front kick Overhead stretch plus toe touch Walk down plank Reverse lunge Side lunge Butt kick Squat Curtsy lunge Jumping jack And this sucked more. 20 sec. on and 10 sec. off High knees Mountain climber Ski squat to sumo squat jump Lateral jump Burpee Split jump Side step jump Spider push-up Single leg jackknife Broad jump Jumping lunge Round of applause Fast feet Up and out jack Star jump Two knees plus switchfoot Get-up Plank jack Power skip Side lunge center jump Squat hold burpee Push-up Russian twist Oz squat Power curtsy Squat jack plus jump High jack plus jump up Rocket squat Plank up plus toe tap Butt kicker drop Three pulse jumping lunge Tricep dip kick Up down plank Front kick plus squat Stutter jack Split jump squat Fly jack Plyo toe tap side lunge Jump squat A ridiculously long list of ridiculously named exercises, but that's my second cardio session for the week! First half of week 1 is in the books, with only a couple days (of workouts) to go. Booyah.
  2. TUESDAY - STRENGTH All weights are in pounds and everything is listed weight x reps x sets. I've decided to try splitting my full body routine (done three times per week) into a morning session and an evening session. Splitting upper and lower body for no other reason than it seemed logical. Having two sessions means I can get up a little later in the morning and spend a bit more time with my wife in the evening. So far so good... but then it was only day one. Started with just the bar last week. Will be adding 10 lb. per session to lower body lifts and 5 lb. per session to upper body lifts for the main exercises (everything that is 5x5) and whatever I feel like for the accessory work (everything that is 3x10/12). Morning Bench Press: 55 x 5 x 5 Lat Pulldown: 55 x 5 x 5 DB Incline Bench Press: (20 x 2) x 10 x 3 Rope Face Pull: 40 x 10 x 3 Curl: 45 x 10 x 3 Rope Pressdown: 40 x 12 x 3 Evening Squat: 55 x 5 x 5 Romanian Deadlift: 45 x 10 x 3 Bulgarian Split Squat: (5 x 2) x 10 x 3, (5 x 2) x 10 x 3 Leg Curl: 35 x 10 x 3 Standing Calf Raise: 10 x 12 x 3

That's an awful lot of mountain climbers for an Alliance team member... just sayin'... Maybe we can count mountain climbers as really low to the ground lunges? *HUGS*
  4. I got this bar from Amazon and it's actually pretty decent. It's gone too 300 lb. just fine.
  5. Congrats on the student loan payoff! I'm looking forward to that myself... some day... I've got 210 conveniently scheduled during my current strength/cardio sessions, but I'm willing to put in more. I'm okay with lungeing around work, everyone already thinks I'm insane.
  6. MONDAY - CARDIO 300 Workout by NeilaRey (Now DareBee) Completed exercises back-to-back in a circuit. Cursed. Repeated circuit three times. Cursed some more. Squat: 20 reps Jump Knee Tuck: 5 reps Mountain Climber: 20 reps Push-up: 10 reps Hollow Hold: 10 sec. Arch Hold: 10 sec. Lunge: 20 reps <--- Yay! Mini-challenge appropriate! Crunch: 10 reps Lying Leg Raise: 10 reps Windshield Wiper: 10 reps
  7. Thanks! Thank you! ALLIANCE! Thanks. I like to burn out; I'm attempting to change things up this time around! I WAS in design, advertising, marketing, SEO, and etc. NOW I'm heading up the entire "tech" department, which encompasses both design and IT.
  8. I'm Alliance and I did mountain climbers this morning. That means the Horde gets -60 reps, right?
