  9. Still getting all of my goals completed every day. For the past two days though, I've been feeling a bit of backlash mentally. I'm hoping that this is just a little bump on the road to feeling better, but right now it kinda sucks.

  13. Hey everyone, sad to say it, but I'm dropping out. The daily dares are a fun idea and it's cool to do exercises with all of you fine people, but it interferes too much with my normal workouts. I've not been able to run since the stupid high knees, and trying to get through the leg raises today after a workout which already had several exercises which train my core, I just realized that this is detrimental to my workout plans. You might say, "just scale it down, or don't try to go for extra credit every time" which is probably true, but that is not who I am - I am a competitive perfect
  14. Day 8: Finished up an assignment ~1h 15 min walk Mobility Routine Daily Dare - 30 single leg deadlifts 10 min meditation In general I feel a lot better than I did when I began. Still having a hard time some evenings, but on the whole I am optimistic about the rest of the challenge.
