Hi P'shaw totally feel what you're saying. It sounds like you DO have that great internal tug that won't let you be satisfied with less than what you think you ought to have! That's great that you're interested in a 5k walk/run I'm actually doing the official Color Run 5k tomorrow!! It'll be my very first time and I too will be aiming for a nice steady jog lol Well, I'm new myself but I'm glad to see you here
