  1. thanx but its ok. I didnt know him because he was an uncle to my wife and he died 8 month ago. But its a Japanese thing. Dont celebrate new year if there was a death that year.

  3. Still going strong. Havent got a part time job yet but found a couple but didnt get any yet.

  5. Thanks for the tips Smaller plate is the one am going to try. Im married to a japanese chef and to leave food is a no no. Eat everything on your plate or its mottainai as they say.

  7. Time to take on new challange. Been busy for a while but now am on it again. This time i need to make some new habits. financial and health. Goals .Dont overeat I eat way to fast and to much so when the food settles i feel super full and it drains my energy. .Save money Am been wasting so much money so its time to take control. Need to save up also for moveing and surgery .Be grateful Have been bad at this latley. I have more then most. I can do what i love, i have a wife that loves me, alot of good friends. Its time to appreciate that .Be more social Am really introvert so this is not fun at all for me but i think i need to be better at it. Plan .Dont make to much food. Eat slower and less. .Dont buy anything that i dont need. .Find a part time job. Need to get some extra cash in. .Be more grateful. Take 10 minutes a day and recognize how good i have it .Be more nice. Smile och be nice to one person everyday. .Be more social. start a conversation with somebody everyday.Peace .Hold an presentation Its some new habits i need so instead of weekly goals this are for the entire challange. Log everyday and keep track. Peace out MOFOS
  8. Update. Some goals is done and some i have to work some more on. Fitness Eat no chips or candy DONE -No alcohol DONE -Run 5-10 km 5 times a week MISSED 2 times -continue with my calisthenics MISSED Hobby -Spend 1 hour a day on it DONE -share some work every week DONE Life -track my challenge everyday MISSED A FEW TIMES -Get up at 0400 everyday (been lazy on that for a while and need to reinforce the habit) MISSED BY 30 MINS MOST DAYS But see this as a success. Just have to start think about a new one then.

  11. First update. Its going good. Wake up at 0400 its a bit hard tho still. Manage 0430 but soon i will be back att 4. Easier i think just to post a pic since one of may goals was to track my challenge. Only missed one day of 1 hour work and one day alcohol. But thats ok it was a 3.5 % beer i had to take due to thirst.

  13. Due to sickness this challenge is a bit late but that cant be helped. I have always been kinda fit but i think its time to once and for all get rid of my bellyfat. It isnt much but heart problems runs in the family so i think its better to get rid of all the excess now am over 30. I eat good often but at times chips sneaks in and i eat a little bit to much carbs, so this part of the challenge is kinda straight forward. -Eat no chips or candy -No alcohol -Run 5-10 km 5 times a week -continue with my calisthenics Next is my side project there i compose electronic music and recordings just for the fun of it. No rules no clients just being creative. -Spend 1 hour a day on it -share some work every week Life -track my challenge everyday -Get up at 0400 everyday (been lazy on that for a while and need to reinforce the habit) Goal for this 4 weeks.   14. no am not. Quit nicotine is one of my biggest wins in a long time. What i meant was that i didnt finish all my goals because off my injury but i still see this as a success. Am already setting up my new challenge as we speak
