  1. HELIX ROCKETS: 1/12 Too many other players in the gym, but I managed to get a decent workout. SPRINT: 1/12 Tomorrow... always tomorrow. BIOTIC FIELD: 1/30 Sleep went well. I started using a Sleep tracker, and I'm reading up on how to get into that "deep sleep" mode TACTICAL VISOR: 3/12 Big steps. Progress here! OVERALL STATUS: 6/66 Tonight is Overwatch night, so that's something to look forward to...
  2. HELIX ROCKETS: 0/12 No gym, no weights, no rockets... SPRINT: 1/12 I did some exercises in the garden. Rope skipping, sprinting and pushups till I drop. Finished it up with a couple of minutes of planking. BIOTIC FIELD: 0/30 For some reason, it's hard to just lay down and relax for a while. Never thought being lazy would be a challenge TACTICAL VISOR: 1/12 Today was a good day. Took down a lot of items of the huge "to-do" list. OVERALL STATUS: 2/66 Time for some rest, and a power workout tomorrow!
  3. Hey all. I just joined this community and I already love the idea of challenges. My challenges will be based on the games I'm playing at the moment, which in this case is Overwatch. So for my first challenge I'm using one of the easier characters: [CHALLENGE ONE: HELIX ROCKETS] For this challenge I will train on being more explosive. Strength workouts, pushing for that extra bit of damage dealing. 0/12 [CHALLENGE TWO: SPRINT] Sprint, run & dodge. Go the extra mile and get that hearth rate up. 0/12 [CHALLENGE THREE: BIOTIC FIELD] Heal up and take a rest. Both physically and mentally, using meditation. I really should go to bed earlier, and I'll try to get up at 7AM each day. 0/30 [CHALLENGE FOUR: TACTICAL VISOR] Aim, Lock & Fire. Find the challenges and tackle them one by one. Stop procrastinating! 0/12 When I reach 80% or more, I'll buy myself 50 ingame loot boxes. Because gamers...
  4. Hey all, I just joined this community. Living in Leuven at the moment, but I'm from "West-Vlaanderen" originally. I'm a web developer, so I sit down all day. During our lunchbreaks, me and my colleagues started going to a gym nearby. Hopefully NerdFitness will help me with a decent workout regime. Any tips for a newcomer? I'm excited to get this going!
