  1. Thanks! I really appreciate the guidance. You're definitely right about the "feel fat" thing but I'm glad to hear that's normal.
  2. Thanks! Sounds like bulk is the consensus. Is there a standard for how much to bulk before cutting again? (if there is I haven't been able to find one) Maybe as a percentage of initial weight?
  3. I think I'm around %10 but calipers and scales seem to be pretty unreliable. I'm still missing the six pack (which I guess is the ultimate goal) and I think to get there I would need to be about 145 or 150 (though I don't really know). I'm basically concerned about just getting kind of fat on a bulk but the more I read, and the more a bulk seems necessary.
  4. I have been lifting for about a year. I started with 3-4 days per week and for the past month I have been training 6 days per week. I'm 22, 5"6', and 130 pounds. My weight has remained essentially the same all year. I probably gained a little muscle and lost some fat but I feel like I haven't made significant progress. I have been eating 1700-1900 calories with 130+ grams of protein per day. Is it time for me to start bulking or should I reduce my caloric intake further to cut my last bit of body fat.
