  1. Did he happen to be wearing spandex? Cuz that totally sounds like an ETF sighting.
  2. http://nerdfitnessrebellion.com/index.php?/topic/29419-moc-stays-the-course-shows-knees-who-is-boss/
  3. omg harem of NF boys is my idea of nirvana. do tell how you are so certain of this....
  4. Their description makes a LOT of sense -- it sounds and looks amazing!!!
  5. You know we'd both make out with your body image. Your legs are amazing! I bet in person there's even more obvious definition- cameras tend to blur it without bright light. Unless you're a noodle like me, then apparently it's super easy to trick the camera into thinking one has triceps Ok Mir, your belleh discussion the past few pages.... I'ma gonna take pics of my belleh just for you. Cuz all the cool kids have 'em. The chicas, anyway This is what I see (and it's fukkin awesome, just to warn you): And this is what everyone else sees:
  6. I guess my concern isn't so much about git-er-done as it is about documenting it in a timely fashion vs being a total thread-slacker, heh. AgentSka, ha! The first time I saw Coolio was at Lollapalooza in the 90's. My impression was the same as yours - super funny to hang with and ripped off his ass.
  7. I'm still putzing around with my new challenge/whether to DO a new challenge or go back to my trusty battle log.... I have a backseat full of blooming irises that desperately need to go in the ground in between rainstorms (they've been in my car five days and are doing surprisingly well!); I haven't been to the gym in a week or so; I haven't cooked a big meal in several weeks -- BUT I also have a whole house of spring cleaning to do that I put off for far too long and now have scary cobwebs in the corners.... I'm also considering eating pizza or burgers or toast today and tomorrow so I can show y'all how puffy I get. Well, mostly to remind MYSELF that I finally know for *sure* that stuff bothers me. I've never tested gluten vs general processed food but it's painfully obvious (literally) that something bugs my gut big time. Coolio is playing tonight; I'm debating whether to go and flirt with the former boytoy, but I know that is likely to lead to tipping him four million dollars for whiskey then coming home nostalgic for good times with him. But, Coolio!
  8. Punched in the taint?!?!?!?! Aaahahahahaha ..Hey Rob, your inner angry 'murican is showing....also remind me never to piss you off...i prefer my taint in its natural unpunched state....
  9. As someone who's shared many a beach towel with you, first off I can say you don't smell like ass--you smell like awesome. Quite the turn-on, really. Secondly, ROCK THIS SHIT. There's really no other option, eh.
  10. I should never post from my phone! I sound SO bitchy when I try to keep it short :/ I meant that in the sense that it sucks for anyone to try to minimize what you're dealing with. Surgery no matter how tiny a procedure is still a big deal to process emotionally. Holla on the deadlift! That's awesome!
  11. "Repeat until I have a lot of chicken" I freaking love that. I don't even make it that far sometimes. It's more like "Repeat until I get sick of looking at the chicken and throw the rest in the fridge to look at some vague time later."
  12. Ha I know, it's ridiculous how much I resemble a stick bug. The first picture especially makes it obvious that my arms disappeared. But the fat, it likes to go to my belly instead. Silly fat.
  13. Challenge-y stuffs: LIFTING "Get yourself a Glock, and get rid of that nickel-plated sissy-pistol." Goal: Increase upper arm mass; bench like a boss/beat my previous 5 set max of 60#. Result: BOOM! Benched twice weekly and smoked my previous 5x5. No increase in size. Not surprising given I haven't eaten nearly enough. MOB LIKE A MOFO "It ain't what I got so much as where I got it aimed...." My PainBall aka RobTM is my friend. He and I used to bond in between cases at work Goal: Mobility at least every day I lift; yoga sun salutation at least once weekly to test overall flexibility. Result: Mobility always seems to fall by the wayside and was once again forgotten bit by bit. Not yet habit obviously, so will need to continue working towards making it one. SO IMPORTANT to how my body functions. LIFE, LIBERTY, AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS "This sweet baby was made in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Retails for about $109.95. It's got a walnut stock, cobalt blue steel and a hair trigger. That's right, shop smart. Shop S-mart." Goal: Be mindful of how the little decisions I make day to day add up to affect my overall physical/emotional health! Loosely track food consumption to make sure I'm eating enough. Result: Did Ok in terms of end results. DId pretty well at being aware. Especially of my mental health. Didn't eat enough in general. So probably back to tracking of some sort. End of challenge pics (flexed)- not much change but didn't backslide so whoop whoop.
  14. As long as someone pesters him the world is right
  15. Apparently there was a house-wide skills fair today so the locker room was full of a rotation of people changing into scrubs. SAD. I am starting to feel a little guilty for not telling you where to find the showerbeer photo.
  16. I loved following your challenge and am definitely looking forward to seeing more of your badassery Oh-- don't forget to copy/paste or quote your summary here: http://nerdfitnessrebellion.com/index.php?/topic/28980-challenge-complete-warriors-report/
  17. Your boss is dumb. I just scrubbed a partial knee yesterday. Surgery is surgery.
  18. Hehe, wasn't the post I was referring to Even better, you were quoted so you'd have to use your magic admin wand
  19. Yay for goal 3! And other stuffs.
  20. Corey, quick! Go fix bigm's spelling error with a giant mod note!
  21. skyhumping a Volkswagen! My new absolute favorite andygates saying Huzzah for a workable solution!
  22. Hammie, headache.... don't fall apart on us, yo!!! Aleve is the only NSAIDs that works for me aside from rx stuffs. Hopefully it does the trick for you and you're back to normal soon; headaches are the worst.
