  1. I haven't heard of "S.M.A.R.T" goals before. I haven't thought about when enough is enough. I feel as though working out will always be at the "never enough" stage because it is not only maintenance but to excel further at clming and yoga..etc. Food wise I am not sure. I know that when I get down to a much lower body fat percentage I can begin to eat differently to maintain a weight, but other than that, I haven't thought about it. I know that I can have a measure of input to output to either lose or maintain weight. DO you have any ideas?
  2. Nice dude! Sounds like you have a great direction. I would like to eventually do an adventure race, but I am a little ways away. I'm looking forward to seeing your progress.
  3. Howdy, I'm new to NF and love to climb. I have always been pretty active but my diet has been the main faulty point. Lately I have been using my work as an excuse saying things like, "I walked a ton today, so that caounts towards a workout." and "I'm just too exhausted to go workout.". Which is total BS and I know better. Diet-wise, I have been eating like garbage. It's been fast food, junk or no food at all. Here is my Challange for the next 4 weeks; Main: Get back to working out daily Body: Climb (in-gym or outdoors) x3 a week Mind: Yoga every morning & Meditate nightly Diet: Start switching to a Paleo based diet. I'll be posting updates daily to help keep myself accountable as well as logging every bit of food and water I intake onto MyFitness Pal. Let's crush out the next 4 weeks!
  4. Howdy, I have been bouncing around from diet to diet but none seem to work. I have afew nurse friends I work with that not only rant and rave about the paleo but have been super successful. Do ya'll know of a place to get a good diet plan to follow until I get the hang of paleo?
  5. Hey! I'm down in Colorado Springs. Anyone around want to climb and workout together?
