  2. Hey, thanks for checking i'm trying to keep going. Its hard (i'm ukranian) and i am feeling a hatred like never before. Now i will also host 3 kids, so that adds to my already precarious financial situation
  3. I think that all of my goals are reasonable, and most of them are just simple daily habits. I just can't get them to work sometimes Oh well, i am failing since i was born, so nothing terrible happened haha actually everything right now is pretty necessary and good. i just have difficulties some weeks. especially for the waking up part. But i am failing since i was born, so really nothing new under the sun

I am actually liking the efficiency of eating once per day. And some hunger is needed to keep me awake during the day. This is how i discover that i work 😧

I am feeling quite lost rn, but still trying to keep moving somehow What can be improved?: - Wasting to much time just wandering around. - Work habits perhaps? or too soon, - Routine not optimal, still wasted time - Memory Work needs to be more structured, - KG workout is not NOT defined, - Failure counter not made - Will power training idea? I get a chocolate cookie and i try to not eat it Day feeling: 6/10

D 33- Friday Challenge Day - 3 Everything is almost perfect! i didn't do KG, but whatever What can be improved?: - Wasting to much time just wandering around. - Work habits perhaps? or too soon, - Routine not optimal, still wasted time - Memory Work needs to be more structured, - KG workout is not clearly defined, - How do you make an efficient failure counter? Who knows, need to experiment with this - Will power training idea? I get a chocolate cookie and i try to not eat it Day feeling: 8/10

  10. This is going to be boring, be wary. Last challenge was mostly about counting my progress, and i realized that doing it in excel and just posting a screenshot is much easier. So, whats the plan: I don't really have specific challenge goals, mine are rather mundane, boring and habit focussed. The grind is going to involve the whole year and having specific goals for this challenge would mean that i would just be posting numbers. These are my new updated goals I plan sticking to them. I could throw % numbers around, but it would be pointless. Challenge specific goals: - Lose 4 kg - Act on at least one not optimal things from my "can it be improved?" list every day - Have a pathetic workout every day (10m) - Create routines that i can automate with my excel spreadsheet - Be successful (or, see the results) of 4.5h of sleep every night except on saturday and sunday - Update my NF battle log everyday - Finish reading: Surrounded by psychopaths and the 7 habits of effective people - Create 7 memory palaces
  11. I suggest you to weight yourself every single day, multiple times per day. Its not for the number itself, which vary by a great during the whole day, but its for the awareness that you need to change it

  17. Nice job i am also down like 1.5kg! Wow, that is dedication. I think the fun thing for me is to actually do it with friends, by myself i would not have fun xD

  19. Thanks. I basically talk to myself, to my inner shadow. Its an interesting concept and it really helped me with loving myself. I don't want to silence it. i want to talk with it I want to use less background noise during the day ( less music, less podcasts, these things). A tomato timer is basically a timer to do things. For example: You set a timer of 40m, you work for 40m then you get 10m of rest. Then you work 40m then you rest 10m. And so on. I want to not use any background music during these timers
  20. Yeah, i am quite massive. My ideal weight is 220 lbs, and i am 1.90m, but right now i am at like 270lbs xD
