Work habits perhaps? or too soon, Routine not optimal, still wasted time Did you acted on your last improvement list?: nope, but it was an amazing day nontheless

Its difficult to come up with something funny or interesting. I guess that can be a challenge by itself Keep in mind: - Mind mapping the power of habit - Lose 4kg - Remembering the numbers

  4. Nice job i am also down like 1.5kg! Wow, that is dedication. I think the fun thing for me is to actually do it with friends, by myself i would not have fun xD

  6. Thanks. I basically talk to myself, to my inner shadow. Its an interesting concept and it really helped me with loving myself. I don't want to silence it. i want to talk with it I want to use less background noise during the day ( less music, less podcasts, these things). A tomato timer is basically a timer to do things. For example: You set a timer of 40m, you work for 40m then you get 10m of rest. Then you work 40m then you rest 10m. And so on. I want to not use any background music during these timers
  7. Yeah, i am quite massive. My ideal weight is 220 lbs, and i am 1.90m, but right now i am at like 270lbs xD

  9. Thanks man. I actually really managed to recover, and the track is right. My progresses are very good, and i have my goals in mind. Even though i have to admit, some of them are far too generic "If you feel hunger, or think about food ---->THEN bite gently your tongue" to remind you to stay on track. I am trying to make it a habit. How did you organized your spreadsheet? You can see mine in my signature, its al work in progress btw

Day 21- Friday Addiction free days: 7 Challenge Day 19 Stretching: 1 Workout : 0 Meal one: 1 Cooking: 1 All as planned, but i haven't planned a single workout yet except then ones on Saturday and Sunday. Its friday so i am more relaxed overall Waking up: 1 Addiction: 1 Memory : 1 Studying: 1 Managed to not relapse! also woke up at a right hour. Practiced my memory and had one tomato timer in perfect silence Dark Half: 1 Newsz: 0 Then->IF: 1 Numbers: 1 Hmm, kinda in the dark here. I need to perhaps talk with my shadow in the morning?   11. Thats good, people do get offended easily these days i just grew up with gow and violence, i always liked the violent nature of man

I am very different that people over here btw Others can be positive and optimistic, but i find relief in the acceptance of death and of the unfairness of the world You belong whatever you want to belong. Respect your mind, respect yourself I also started weight lifting 2 weeks ago, i am at 105kg of deadlifts now. Remember that chiken is a weak bird
