  1. I like this answer.. I stopped because of a lack of cardio vascular fitness so I think I'll walk tomorrow.
  2. So I'm back.. after a multi month down period I finally decided to kick my ass into gear. This time I decided to run using the c25k program http://www.endomondo.com/workouts/itJGbuHvwqM Not really that impressed.. but this is my first attempt at fitness in months. I am a rather large dude (137kg@5'11") so I am not expecting to do amazingly well. I was wondering if it would be advisable to walk during my "rest days" I thought maybe a brisk walk for 10km or so could really help my cardiovascular fitness which would allow my legs to improve a little faster. BUT I am not sure how "resty" the rest days require me to be.
  3. Cheers.. I probably should have phrased my question a little better =) Not looking for body weight exercises. Looking for exercises that use dumbbells specifically though.
  4. I recently acquired a set of Dumbbells that I am rather happy with. I have been trying to train with a few issues getting a pullup or pushup done.. my core and chest muscles are not strong enough for a push up and well.. as you can imagine if a push up is an issue then a pull up is 10x more of an issue. I was wondering if there were a few good exercises I could substitute for a while with my dumbbells. E.g. For a push up I would do a bench press and maybe curls? what other exercises could I do to work my core though? Same with a pull up.. I could do a bent-over row but I am not sure what else I would need to train. Any exercises and advice would be greatly appreciated.
  5. Single but quite happy. If someone comes along with a similar palette for fun and a bit of time for me I think I'll gladly take them up and offer them a little of my life in return. Meanwhile I think I'll enjoy the time that I have to myself.
  6. Wish you the best of luck with your goals =P you know I'll cheer you on! You're more than capable of doing this and I am excited for you!
  7. Nppe , Americans are just crazy. =P Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  8. Kick your caffeine dependance! =) many other nice drinks out there! I use stieva when I have to sweeten something but I don't think sweeteners are very Paleo at all. I saw something that suggested apple juice! IDK How you'd feel about apple juice in your coffee though ^.^
  9. I am curious, what do other overweight people do to substitute pull ups or shoulder exercises.. I lack a bar or even a table to do body weight rows but I still would really like to do a body weight routine as I've just run into massive financial issues.
  10. Actually all Christians do actually do that because if they didn't have the double standard they'd either believe it all... which would make them horrible people. Or consider the entire book to be metaphors which would make them agnostic. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  11. Can you not see how corrupted you have become? You're like Darth Vader, to Anakin.
  12. Note to self: Never eat bacon with chocolate.
  13. =) Decided to leave you a message, your page was a bit lonely ^.^

  14. I find it sad that some people need religion to "make them a better person" and "play nice with others". I think that should be up to the person alone.
  15. I read a study that said that some people genetically function better at night than in the morning.. and it's just to do with how your body functions =) http://www.rps.psu.edu/probing/morning.html not the article I read but it says the same things.
  16. =P currently finishing off my achievements ^.^ I'll be there for sure! should be noted those vids are slightly old, a bunch has changed since.
  17. Whenever I feel down I watch a video like this. They remind me that the world is awesome and anything I am worried about really is insignificant. Motivates me to try my absolute best!
  18. true, it's only 30 days. I will give it a shot methinks.
  19. 1. Explore the world from head to toe visiting all the natural and man made wonders and spend time contemplating and exploring the places I cannot reach. Space and the deepest points of the ocean. 2. I think for me a major part is meeting a special someone who would share my interests and passions as well as surrounding myself with people that I love. 3. Develop a strong understanding of the real important issues in the world and spend my life devoting myself to making change. Whether it be in science, economics or even education I'd like to help make a difference.
  20. Ahh sorry no, I sometimes miss stuff when replying from my phone. =P forgive me for my ignorance.
