  1. I just use a bandana and I'm good to go, it keeps all my bangs out of my face. If your hair is really long, bandana with a low ponytail?
  2. For break up issues, I recommend http://www.amazon.com/Its-Called-Breakup-Because-Broken/dp/0767921968/ref=ntt_at_ep_dpt_2 It also comes in a CD version which I highly love. I used it for my last break up and it helped me out alot. Like, listening to it in my car and had to pull over because I was laughing so hard. Which helped immensely for improving my outlook on life. Everybody needs to vent, there's nothing wrong with that. Maybe make some little weekly goals going into bigger goals? I did this when I needed to feel accomplished, so one easy goal could be brush your teeth 4x a day. Which is easy, so you feel accomplished, and then move onto cooking dinner at least one night a week and so on and so on. I've had several seriously relationships, it always sucks to end one, even if you've initiated it. But at the end of the day remember, you're still you which is awesome, but he/she is unfortunately still them

  4. Spiced chickpeas with avocados are my new favorite! I'm always on the lookout for new stuff. And for push ups, my new goal is 25 in a row by May!
  5. I would love to see info about working out while pregnant and after pregnancy. Any reviews on the Tulper Technique as well or anything to get rid of a "mommy tummy." NROLFW doesn't cover any of that. I don't have any kiddos yet, but want to be knowledgeable about working out when I do.
  6. Haha! Yeah, my boyfriend started to just poke my instead of getting me food. Bodyrocking is the reason I can do any pushups. I've even dorked out and made myself a sandbag. Good luck on getting your pushups! It's been milestone for me. For curries, I found this recipe which started the whole shocking "I could cook food myself" idea. It's super tasty.

  8. So I found this community a few weeks ago and have been lurking ever since. Everyone here is really positive so I decided to go ahead and join so I could get encouragement and encourage others. I'm 28 years old and have never really stuck with a fitness plan until this year. I've found a program that works for me (Bodyrock!) and I'm slowing mixing in more weight lifting as well, working out at least 4x a week. I've been doing it for two months so far and I've finally been able to do push ups on my toes! At the beginning of this year, I couldn't do one. My challenges are sticking with my exercise program and not dropping out when I start to see results. Backwards I know. I'm also changing my diet to include more whole foods and learning how to cook. I've ordered some new cookbooks (660 Curries, it looks amazing and is filled with chickpea recipes) My previous method of getting food was flopping in my SO's lap and staring at him until he made me dinner. I'm still learning how to set exact fitness goals, but I figure if I just poke around here enough, I'll get it down
  9. I have two sports bras from Moving Comfort and it's the best money I've ever spent. I'm 34c, and in both the Fiona bra and Rebound Racer, there is no bounce, and no mashed pancake boobs either.
