  1. Hey guys! Popping in to let you know how it is going -- slow and steady pretty much. The first week I SUCKED! I just couldn't seem to change my normal routine. I also realized I was trying to change entirely too much at once and changed my goals to better reflect small changes -- sleep is a big one!! This week I am doing better at sleeping which I notice is giving me more energy to do other things - and feel like I am starting to do better. Need to make things a habit ...

The Main Quest: To Defeat the Evil enchantress ( 1400 HP) 7/31- 1365 hp, (To be a size 14 = ultimate goal) She's an evil enchantress And she does evil dances And if you look deep in her eyes She will put you in trances Then what would she do? She'll mix up an evil brew Then she'll gobble you up In a big tasty stew Soooo... Watch out.
