  2. I am excited to see your progress with your writing! I struggle to find the focus to write these days but I love it. Great topic/genre! I'm sorry if this is silly but what is NaNoWriMo?

Your list is intimidating lol! I love the detail- you gave me a couple of reminders of things that have fallen off my radar. Love the cube!
  4. Love all the goals/motivation!
  5. I'm in my mid-30s, and used to work out on a decent schedule, did a decent variety of weights/body weight/cardio, but stuck to basic moves and never branched out too much. Unfortunately I'm now suffering from psoriatic arthritis, and (especially with the weather getting colder) I have found that gripping weights (barbells, dumbbells, kettle balls, even the handles of the TRX ropes) is very difficult, and so are some of my mainstay body weight exercises like push-ups. My other joints seem to be holding on strong, but my wrists and fingers are really struggling. Ideas for ways to focus on strength training my upper body/arm/etc without dropping a weight on my foot (yeah, happened once already and OUCH lol)? Thank you!
