  1. Thank you, guys so much for the advice. I have been watching my calorie intake and walking when I can. I will give yoga a try
  2. Like everyone else this is probably going to be long. (I am sorry). I wasn't always big, in fact I weighed 127 lbs in my early 20s, I am now 33. Anyways fast forward. Around my upper 20s I started gaining weight didnt think much of it. Last year, I was getting ready to start my weight loss journey unfortunately, I was hit with a big blow. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Which with all the aches, pains, depression it really worked on my weight. I am the heaviest I have EVER been (246). Which is alot for a 5'3 woman in my shape. I also have PCOS and asthma. I know right?? Lol. Anyways 2 weeks ago, I decided enough is enough. It is time for me to be a healthy weight. Fighting MS isn't easy, even worse overweight. I did manage to lose 6 lbs ( I quit eating sweets and drinking soda). My questions are.. Does anyone have a good workout routine advice for one with this pain in the ass disease? Also, I am lost with how to eat their is so many advices I get lost with what n when I should eat. How long I should workout. It is all exhausting. So any advice at all w anything would be great actually.
