Hi Right I've been weightlifting for about 9 months now, since christmas I've been taking it more seriously trying to eat better/paleo and going to the gym 5 times a week doing my routine which I'm pretty happy with. What I want to know is, am I eating the right amount for best growth and is there anything you can input in to it? I've included my body details along with my average food intake below which I've recorded online so obviously isn't 100% accurate. (Attached an image too). Weight 80kg/176pounds Around 10ish% bodyfat Cals 2331 Fat 96 g Protein 30% Carbs 188 Carbs 32% Fiber 37 Fat 36% Protein 181 Sugars 79 Breakfast: Avocado, 2 Boiled eggs, banana, milk Post workout: Sweetpotato, chick peas, tuna, protein shake Dinner: Chicken/meat, numerous vegetables Plus water throughout the day http://i.imgur.com/p8JHv.png (More detailed information) I've had a look online and according to most things I'm under-eating, yet I've been slowly putting on weight since christmas. I thought I would ask here just to see what you think and what I can do better. Thanks for the help (I understand this could of been put in a number of different parts of the forum and if the mods think this is the wrong one, feel free to move it!)
  2. Haha yeah, the highest league of American Football here in England is still played in fields and very rarely in an actual stadium. So not very big but theres still a load of teams about at least. Glad you like Rugby though!
  3. Hi all! Been reading the website for a while and I've got a few questions to ask so I thought why not ask here?! I'm about 5'11, 174 pounds and been weight lifting for about 9 months now. Although only since abit before christmas I've been taking it abit more seriously, eating mostly paleo and keeping my gym routine going. I am 21, in my 2nd year of university in England. I've been going to the gym 5 times a week since about christmas, I play american football for my university team and am just about to enter exam period here! After going to the gym right now, I'm going to post over in the Paleo forum so keep a look out for that! Nice to meet you all
