  2. Haha. Thanks bro. That was super awkward. I thought it would be funny during the actual duct taping, but the coach who tied me up was a navy dude and was all serious like..."you'll never get out of this." Super awkward!
  3. Thanks. Resting today then the final sprint toward Sunday. Determined that I can hit 22. 18 might be more realistic but I’m still gonna aim for 22.
  4. So I’m still sore from Friday lol. Of course I did wrestle yesterday so there’s that. I used sat as a full rest day from chin ups, started to try a max on Sunday but get my muscles were exhausted so gave them a rest from chin ups but still wrestled just for fun. Today they’re still tired so I’m going really light on some dumbbell exercises and just a small number of chin ups. Hoping the rest will pay off.

  6. So I just figured out that this topic belongs under PVP. Too late! It was funny because I thought the PVP was divided by class so that’s why I posted here and I was like...it’s mostly personal goal setting...I wonder if I’m in the right place? I read the forum rules and all that but just didn’t put together that the four week challenge isn’t all PVP. I now understand! I’ve moved the whole post to PVP and will update there. Thanks for your patience my Assassin friends! So to increase chin ups I’ve been focusing on increasing total volume throughout the day. Wed I did 75 total chin-ups, Thurs was 100, Fri was 125. Today is a rest day. Tomorrow I’m going to aim for 50-75 but with 10 second holds after every 5 reps.
