  3. Hello fellow bookworm nerds I wanted to start a thread about Peter Clines Ex- series (Ex-Heroes, Ex-Patriots, Ex-Communication, Ex-Purgatory and Ex-Isle). I'm re-listening to them from the start and I just want to talk about how great they are. Also about which Heroes could beat which other Heroes. Obviously we'll talk about that
  4. Ye I've found it helpful alright. It's pretty easy to stay on track when you can see a big button you'll be able to push if you lift 10kg more/ hold a position 3 seconds longer etc.

  9. She doesn't have to go strict paleo. I'm only doing a kinda paleo diet and I'm definitely losing weight still. I still drink milk and eat cheese plus eat the odd sandwich (which I do feel guilty about tbh). But ye don't worry about being 100% paleo. The different levels of paleo diet are mentioned on the nerdfitness site (maybe in the beginners guide to paleo?). I'd say go for a partially paleo diet rather than the 100% one.
  10. Welcome to the rebellion! That first pull up is a good goal. I've only recently gotten mine. You seem to have an idea what you're aiming for so I'm sure you'll get on great!!
  11. Normally I wouldn't worry about one bad day. But this weekend gone by I ate way too much in addition to drinking.I wouldn't mind one of the other but when you eat a 16" disc of grease and cheese to get over too many drinks just made me feel as if I'd failed. I'm also smoking way more than I'd like to be. 0 a day being the ideal number. So I'm respawning. Only got maybe a week back from where I was I feel. So it's a good thing I saved my game so recently haha. Anyway ye thanks if you read this.
  12. GO!GO!GO! you can do it. But seriously. What causes you to get bored with a workout? If it's that you never enjoyed it maybe it's not the workout you should be doing. If it's that you're always sore maybe you're just doing too much and need to go slower. DOn't give up.
  13. Maybe this thread is dead maybe not. Would anyone have any suggestions on good/cheap chalk they'd recommend?
