  1. So I'm going to use the same goals as my last time as I haven't achieved any of them. - Drink no more than three times a week, preferably two. - Track everything - Walk for 10 minutes a day - Save $50 a week
  2. Ah thank you! Though it's a bit worrying that my doctor/nurse told me that then...
  3. Tea and coffee are actually not that great at hydrating you - they generally have the opposite effect. They're great low cal drinks (depending on what you put in them of course) but not a very good source for getting water/hydrated - which seems so silly because they're made of water! Have you tried flavouring your water with fruits? Or having warmer water if you don't like cold?
  4. Awesome, thanks! I know that accidentally causing hyponatremia is quite difficult, I was just a bit worried about whether there was any other negative side affects that may present themselves between the 'right' amount of water and 'way way way, too much water'. Thanks for your help
  5. I've found myself in a bit of a conundrum - I keep fulfilling my water goal by early evening and then I'm still thirsty! I know that if I drink more than my goal I will generally be fine but I'm the type of person who would accidentally drink 2-3 litres more than needed by accident if I don't pay attention. Any advice on how much water is too much water and things to do when you're still super thirsty?
  6. I had a pitfall today - I was getting dressed for work and I couldn't get my dress to do up so I got my partner to help. He just got the zip to the top and the whole thing burst open ;( I've had me down all day.
  7. So end of the week update: I've so far done well with the savings part of this - though I'm only just past my last pay so I need to keep it up till I get paid again. I haven't done all the well in the other goals, I have tracked everyday so far, but I've also drank 4 days this week and didn't go for a walk today. Time to start anew tomorrow.
  8. Hi! The budgeting one is something that has been on again off again for a while but I thought I would try and really focus on it as lately, I've ended up spending the 'savings' money. I'm planning on sticking with these goals till the end of the current challenge then re-evaluating - though I suspect that I'll reuse most, if not all in the next challenge to help gain some good habits!
  9. First time player, hopefully long time participant. - Track all food and drinks in myfitnesspal - Drink on no more than 3 days a week, preferrably only two. - Walk for 10 minutes a day - Save$ $50 a week
