ChronoLink goes on a quest
chronolink replied to chronolink's topic in Daily Battle Logs and Epic Quests
After thanksgiving I pretty much fell back into my old habits. It's crazy how easy it is. One mile walk done tonight. I've really got to change my eating habits. -

1 mile done! Was going to post a pic of my watch showing distance but the file size is too large. So, tomorrow I'll be making a account for my pictures. I want to do some before and after pics as well. As mortifying as that might be, I think it might do some good. -
What games is everyone currently playing?
chronolink replied to Tearose's topic in Rebel Army Base Camp
Just finished Mafia 3 and now playing Lords of the Fallen. -
My main reason for joining the community is to keep myself accountable. What better way than doing a fitness log? Tonight is one of those nights just like all the others. I think to myself "you should get those fivefingers (yeah, I still wear those ugly things) and go out for at least a walk" then I proceed to sit on my butt and watch netflix of play video games. Not tonight! I will go for at least a mile walk and report back after it is done in order to log it,

Standing at a Crossroads

I also slowly quit things I start doing as far as my health and fitness is concerned. It seems like you are really ready for a change and I wish you luck in it! -
SNES is still relevant

It sounds like we are in a similar situation. Also, snes is awesome. -
Hello, every one! I'm terrible at intros but I will do my best. I've been reading nerd fitness on and off basically since Steve started it but never really took the plunge and joined the community. I'm a 32 year old father of one awesome boy and have a incredible wife that i'm very lucky to have. My fitness/health journey has been nothing but a roller coaster ride for the past 10 years. When i first started reading this website I became very motivated, starting running, eating right, and lost about 45 to 50 lbs and gained some muscle in the process. Then I gained all of that back. Then I lost half of it only to gain it back again. So, now I find myself binge eating, especially late at night, and not getting in much (if any) exercise. I feel terrible, No energy, my clothes from as little as last year do not fit me at all anymore. I'm sick of it. I decided to join in hopes to meet some people with the same issues I'm facing and to help hold myself accountable.
