  1. Greetings fellow Adventurers! I'm a 26-year-old female university student in southern Ontario, Canada. I'm currently only taking one Spring course that starts next week (6hrs/week). I started exercising and cleaning up my diet a year ago but I didn't do so well while in school full-time (September to April). I'm returning to fitness after several years of debilitating chronic pain and long-standing depression and anxiety. The depression is finally gone but I still have the pain and anxiety. *sigh* I'd lost 70lbs at one point in the past (pre-pain), going from 230lbs to 150lbs, but gained it all back plus an extra 30lbs. Now I'm working on weight loss, all-around fitness and (re)conditioning, and achieving balance while living with a chronic illness. Attribute Points Strength (STR) 3 - I'm pretty weak vs. where I've been in the past/want to be, but still stronger than many of my female friends Dexterity (DEX) 1 - I've always been slow and due to my size I tend to bump into things (door frames, railings, people) Stamina (STA) 4 - I'm low energy but high endurance (slow and steady) Constitution (CON) 3 - I can be incredibly stubborn, sometimes too much so Wisdom (WIS) 2 - I'm intelligent and perceptive but can't read people at all Charisma (CHA) 2 - I'm quiet and still too shy but I have made noticeable progress in the last year Starting weight: around 225lbs (102kg) Height: 5ft 5in (165cm) Goals Complete 3 sets of 12 modified pushups with 20 seconds rest between sets STR:3 STA:1 Cut out wheat and sugar completely CON:4 Be comfortable being out in the real world CON:1 WIS:1 CHA:1 Be able to place my palms flat on the floor in a forward bend DEX:4 Plan Follow the beginner bodyweight routine 3 days per week and actually finish it every time. Track every bite of food that goes into my mouth; use message boards for motivation and accountability. Go outside every day. Walk around the block, take a bus ride to the mall, go get groceries, go to school, buy a bike and ride it - just get out of my hovel (small, miserable dwelling) for at least 10 minutes. Stretch after every workout and outing; complete a full-body stretching routine every day. Losing weight will also help.
