The reason I am looking for other autistic fitness buffs is that I just enrolled in the CrossFit level 1 coaching course. I want to become a CrossFit coach to Autistics so they can feel more self-confidence to pursue their passions without the fear of harrassment.

I share the fact I am Autistic whenever the opportunity comes up in a conversation.

My name is Carl and I just joined this site. I am 32 years old and I am diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome. I've been into fitness since I was 21 years old.
