  1. Trying to revive this thread n hoping for some help. I usually do treadmill and elliptical for a total of 35 mins 3 times a week, but not too intense. I tried out indoor rowing about 10 mins this time. It was 3 days before my period was due. The next day i had a little brown discharge. The day after that i had light spotting and then my period started the day after that right on schedule. I dont usually get cramps. If i do its for a couple of hours and very mild. Didnt get cramps this time but I feel my flow is a bit heavier. Im 31, not on the pill. Any ideas whats going on? Should i try out rowing again or is it risky?
