I managed to get household things done anyway. Everything was done slowly as I kept getting tired and dizzy.

But, on the bright side I actually ate a fruit or vegetable at every meal.

Days alcohol free: 9 Brk: Honey butter biscuit, potato wedges, diet soda Lunch: Salami, goat cheese, crackers, tortilla chips, salsa Dinner: 6 inch meatball sub with tons of veggies, diet soda, chocolate chip cookie (My intake was much worse than I thought once I wrote it all out) Exercise: One mile(ish) walk around the neighborhood.
