  3. Hi Lexie, I am Jessica. Joining the Academy is one of the best decisions I ever made, I have made some amazing friends in the Women’s Facebook group. To be honest, I don’t even follow the Academy workout or nutrition plan and many others in the Women’s Group don’t either. The access you get to enter the Facebook group is WELL WORTH the membership fee. These ladies are smart, witty and supportive. I promise you will encounter at least one person in there that is in a similar journey or has “lived it”. The BEST plan is the one you actually do. CICO via MFP and a food scale is what worked for me personally (Keto and Paleo lead to binge eating cheat days for me) but there are many, many, many other ways to get you to your goal.
