  1. Right-o! Bit late with these updates, but sadly I missed one due to sickness and last weekend because I forgot. In terms of the running, I hit my goals if you average out the distance and then remove the sick days. A week away can really take it away from you! In terms of swimming, I'm at 55% of what I'm trying to hit in terms of sessions, but building back up to that volume of work is difficult. Sticking with it though, obviously. Going strong on the pullups, I reckon I'll be on target for the end of the challenge. Hopefully not too sore, is all! L-Sit: situation, no change.
  2. Woops, hectic week, almost forgot to drop back into this thread and certainly forgot to spread the good cheer elsewhere in here! I've ended up running 64km this week, so check in that box. I didn't end up going swimming at all - the coach was away and my discipline evaporated with it. But he's back, so this week will have to be the time to pick up the effort on that front. With the pullups: I've been greasing the groove throughout the week, and I reckon it's working to get me on track to smash out twenty of them by the end of the four week challenge. It's not too challenging to hit sets of ten during the day, so I'm probably doing 30-40 pullups daily. My aim is to supplement this with overweight training - adding extra weight to the pullup to develop strength as well as endurance. Finally with the L-sit - man, that's a tough'un! I can hold it for like, a second - if that!
  3. Time to kick off my first NF 4-week challenge. 1) Run 63 km/week. 2) Do 20 pullups in one go. 3) Swimming training at least 7 times/week 4) Hold an L-sit for at least 10 seconds on the rings. Weekly reports incoming every weekend!
