Hey folks! I have stopped doing my workouts for the past 3 days as I have scheduled for my rhinoplasty ( http://www.droakleysmithrhinoplasty.com/rhinoplasty/ ). I need suggestions regarding the after surgery care. Have any of you undergone a rhinoplasty or such surgery? How long should I wait to restart my workouts after the surgery? Please share your thoughts.
