  3. Hello! I'm back again again again again BUT here i am! I don't have a lot of crazy goals, for now I've got two things for this month. GOAL NUMBER ONE Just stay in my daily calorie goal GOAL NUMBER TWO Do some intermitten fasting also NUMBER THREE(this ones a surprise) Drink a lot of lot of water. sorry this isn't themed or anything i wanted to get this done before work and so here's this! Let's goooooooooo
  4. i haven't been paying attention to in here much, honestly it's been a hectic few weeks with the news job and figuring out when to sleep and survive and just simply not die all the time, BUT a new opportunity came up for an 8-5 job where i can work just monday-friday and then that opens up tome time to work out and allow me to focus on being a little kinder to myself

Hey gang! so i've actually been doing pretty stellar with food stuff! i'm pretty proud of it, i've started a new job and it's a lot of morning hours, which is tough because i usually sleep during morning hours lol but I'm doing great with my start and end times. Today i ate at 9:45 because apparently the busy time is 10-11 but i stopped eating around 1pm yesterday so it works out. Just drinking lots of tea and water and hoping for the best! I've also got a date on tuesday that i'm very excited for!
  6. Hey gang! So, clearly, I fell off for a bit at the end of the last challenge there. I started a new job, had some family visits and generally was having a hard time just dealing with the bigness of things going on! BUT here we are, a week or so later and we've got -A fairly decent justice league movie -a redownload of the hit moble video game "pokemon go" -me starting to listen to podcasts again instead of exclusivey audiobooks, mostly because the book i'm listening to(which i'm really really enjoying) has a VERY hopeless vipe and you put out you put in, energy wise. -me taking a break from singing to strangers on tik tok to make stupid jokes that only i think are funny on tik tok These things along with the return of the sun and things warming up have been putting me into a better mood lately, which is great! This month i'm just working on continuing fasting, keeping myself within my calorie limit, and just getting out and walking more! I've been playing pokemon go to walk around my neighborhood and it's been a good time! My goals for this month are 1. Fast from 5pm-10am 2. Stick to my daily calorie allowance(i use MFP to track this) 3. Go for a walk at least two days a week!
  7. i ended up having another financially related panic day! BUT i never think to take pictures of my adventure days! I ended up having a weird schedule today and made music and got to test a video game my friends are making and then i made some songs and THEN i'm at work now on a double shift and that's fun
  8. oh yeah it's gorgeous here, i'm going on a LONG walk tomorrow, whether permitting, and im v excited
  9. Heyo! I read a bunch today, walked 3.6 miles, kept in my calorie count AND got my fast going around 4:30 pm! just coasting the rest of the day. Turns out if you eat real food you feel less hungry through the evening. Surprise surprise!
  10. HELLO! this challenge has gotten away from me and that's okay! We adapt, we improvise, we overcome! I cannot go to the gym right now because I'm broke but more so i think the gym people are messing with me, because i paid my bill and then they were like "WELL, not with US" so i have to get that all figured out before moving forward. I don't know what's going on with that honestly. BUT I'll go in and face it like an adult or whatever. I AM going to shift back to fasting and tracking. i've been struggling with over eating because "I'm going to go to the gym, it'll be fine" but that doesn't work if you're NOT going to the gym? ya feel? So now it's nice enough to start walking outside again, I'll work on doing that. as well as shifting back into the intermitten fastingBUT i'm keeping my higher calorie count because i was really struggling with that. I finished the book i was reading (crooked kingdom) and am now reading Shadow and Bone, which is by the same author but written earlier and it's rough lol. I'm working through it though. TLDR: I'm still here, i'm struggling but i'm figuring it out
  11. Hello! I have re arrived! I had a handfull of stressy depressy days but i'm back BAYBEEE I went to the gym for week 2 day one and did shoulders and tried to run but was tired already lol i've also kept to my calorie allotment and am pounding out water. i've shifted from listening to audio books to jamming to music as a mood booster along with healthy caffiene and being hydrated. Things that release endorphins are really good for me, because i had a hard time getting out of bed the last few days so. I dunno. Tips and tricks for mood boosters while struggling with depression. I hope to be insured soon so i can do counseling and stuff but WE GOT WAY DEEP in this. Anyways. hope y'all are doing well!
  12. Heyo! I went to Iowa for the weekend but have been minding the food intake and not going crazy! I haven't been eating tons of food but i might have consumed a largish amount of alcohol on Friday! Hope y'all are having a good weekend! Gym tomorrow after driving home!
  13. Hey diddly do! let's see what we do HEYo today i did some running at the gym! EXERCISE GOAL ACHIEVED FOR THE WEEK! (Go for two days) I also planned my meals and haven't had dinner yet but i have it all planned to stay under. I had a late lunch so i'm gonna save dinner and enjoy it later. I haven't read yet but i just got to work and now I'm doing charting and chores and then my plan is honestly just to read all night so. WOOT
  14. Oh god i was SO miserable after 8pm on monday and most of the day tuesday but then i felt pretty good by tuesday evening. So. I'm doing hekka good now! TODAY was a great day! -Excercise? I did my two day work out today all together and i'm going to go and run tomorrow before my stream! Very excited to have been able to add weight to all my lifts today! I might make it a one day Lift and then a 3 days running? Maybe? I dunno. -NUTRITION I stayed in my calorie goal, I had eggs and oatmeal for breakfast, A turkey sub and some Cheddar potato chips for lunch and sheppard's pie with buttered bread and one of my residents gave me a mtn dew and a teensie weensie cup cake. Everything documented in MFP which is great! I've also drank half a gallon of water at this point and am gonna refil and start again. -EDUMACATION I have not read yet but i read monday while not being able to sleep (because i had chills and aches and stuff) but i did NOT read at all yesterday, today i'll be reading tonight after all my residents go to bed! -BENNEDICTION I hope y'all are having a wonderful day!   15. lol it was VERY cold here and yeah it'll be ok eventually. Additionally yeah i've done i zombie before. when i run i use "c25k" and watch an episode of some show
  16. Maybe! I like being able to run better as i do it more, also i got vaccinated today and i'm already a sore mf so i'm just gonna jog tonight at the gym because i cannot pick things up and put them down BUT i am done being vaccinated for covid *dabs* today i spent the entirety of the day trying to get my car working before work, as it stalled out on me yesterday on the way to drop my kids off at their gram's. It is VERY cold and my fuel lines froze and i'm unhappy about it. BUT hopefully it'll be resolved before i finish work! anyways, i'm looking to go a little over on calories but I'm not too fussed about it. It's been a stressful couple of days! Hope the same isn't true for you guys!

WE GONNA SKURT So i've been struggling with food the last week REALLY bad, so i'm going to follow something of a meal plan, with sandwiches for lunch, eggs and oatmeal for breakfast, a couple snacks and a couple extra days at the gym! this has worked for me in the past and i'm REALLY struggling to stick to my nutrition goals right now. So the plan moving forward is drop the fasting, BUT prep meals and eat what i have prepped. I need to swing by the store and grab a thing or two, oatmeal and sandwich stuff, but outside of that i've already got most of the food i need at home. I'll also need to maybe lower the weight i'm moving at the gym, but that's fine by me. So I've got a "stick to my food" and a "go to the gym" goal and my reading goal! Which is the only one i've been successfull witht his week! lol anyways
  19. Hello, I figured i shold set some perameters for reading because "a chapter" is vague. It has to be a beginning to end chapter to get the win. No finishing chapters, no halfway through. Anyways! I had an indulgent couple of days and my body has reminded me that i do not NEED an indulgent couple of days! Lol Today though i did a short walk, started my fast around 3pm, stuck to my food goal, and am going to the gym after work today! get them pecs working lol
