  1. My dog eats Paleo too... sometimes I wish I could just have someone feed me everyday like I do for him. Eat whats in the bowl, drink the water, go play with my toys. What an easy life!
  2. I committed carbide last night. Trust me, you'll regret it in the morning. Just remember, you are not alone in your fight.
  3. Thanks for your input and for reading! I would recommend buying a house the "Dave Ramsey" way by working his baby steps and then doing a 15 year mortgage so you aren't slave to your lender forever. Good luck on whatever you decide, it seems like you are being smart about it, so it could be a blessing instead of a curse!
  4. I have been wanting to do this for ages but have just been motivated enough lately to get it started. Its just a blog right now but I have big plans for it! now I just have to keep the motivation to write 3 times a week! limitless-minimalist.com
  5. I just now figured out how to find my previous posts and see if there were any replies! I am still working on my goals, I have traveled a bit to see family, which has made things harder, but as soon as I get back I have gotten back on the train every time. I am walking and dancing (Zumba!) and stretching almost every day. A bit of yoga-type stretching, but I still need to add more yoga back in my schedule. The biggest thing in the past couple months is that my attitude has completely changed, and I actually feel great about what I've done! Even on days that didn't turn out so great, I didn't let it get me down, and I just keep trying. I have made a few new goals for the next couple months.. to lose 10-15 pounds and I'm sure I can do it! Its exciting to feel like I'm making progress.
  6. 22 year old female, simple goals for a perfectionist who has a problem with quitting things that get too hard before I even have a chance to fail. RACE Current: a kind-of chubby elf Goal: slender and strong elf CLASS Current: pizza addicted, trash creating druid Goal: balanced with nature druid FITNESS/NUTRITION GOALS Yoga: This needs to come back into my life, at least twice a week to start with. I am at about level 2 or 3 as it says in skills, but have not been practicing regularly. Living off the Land: Move from beginner to intermediate which means cutting out a lot of sugar and trade more of my bad choices (pizza especially! I have a problem with this! I can eat pure veggie meals all day but when I get a pizza craving, everything goes downhill!) for whole foods. Flexibility: Complete Rank 1 and stretch for at least 5 minutes every day this month. LIFE GOALS Attitude: I will be starting out small. I have made goals and more goals in the past year and have gotten too stressed and ended up quitting all of them. So lately I have been just trying to do my best to be healthy every day. My biggest goal for this challenge is that by the end I would like to lose the feeling of walking up an escalator the wrong way. I have felt like a failure too long and would like this to change! Balance: This is one of the primary point of being a druid. I would like to start by balancing my "lazy" time. This means less instant netflix, spending more time on hobbies, reading more, and maybe stretching or doing something else productive (playing with my dog, other exercises) while watching a movie or show. Basically, I don't want to catch myself sitting on the couch all day, even if it is my day off!
