Full Blog Post here: https://airawear.com/index.php/blog/shoulder-stretches/ Hey guys, I just published this article about shoulder stretches you can do anytime (very work-friendly!) but I wanted to share a short-and-sweet version here for you. You must be either a young kid or a truly healthy person to have never gotten stiff shoulders in your entire life. Unfortunately for most of us, we don’t fit the above bill. That includes me, and probably you too. Maybe right now your shoulders are stiff. Tense.
  2. Wall slides are helpful for developing shoulder strength and reversing the rounded shoulders problem!
  3. Yep, they are right! Nobody cares about the runners -- they are all too busy thinking about themselves.
  4. Cheat days keep you motivated. It is impossible to purely rely on willpower to keep to a diet (especially if you have hundreds of things to do a day), so cheat day allows you to take a break. Just like you would go on a vacation if you have been working hard!
  5. Yes they work super well for fat loss! But the main reason why I chose bodyweight workouts is because I can literally do them anywhere -- which gives me 0 excuses on not working out. I eliminate excuses like the gym is too far, closed etc.
  6. I personally like squats and I think you can reap the same benefits from them as lunges?
  7. I am against using motivation because motivation is hard to come by. What I'd prefer to building a habit, or setting action-based goals. I'll promise myself to do a certain workout for 3-4 days a week and try to keep that habit as much as possible without worrying about the possible outcomes. Essentially, I like to set goals and build habits where I can control things, not when I can't.
  8. It's fine to do it every day I personally like to take it progressively, adding a few seconds each day.
  9. The subreddit r/fitness is actually pretty helpful in discovering some important knowledge about fitness and nutrition!
