  3. that's what I do & works like a charm. I hardboil eggs in mass amounts, too, & just keep a bowl full in the fridge.
  4. nice job!!! I am "that guy" every week at our Thursday office lunches..... it's definitely hard- but totally worth it!
  5. this is totally and completely me, too. Once I realized that I just needed to focus on one meal at a time, it made it a lot easier to stick to eating what fuels my workouts.
  6. Have you ever done any aerial work before?? Depending on where you live, there is probably somewhere for you to try it all out.... I attend a studio that is connected to a Circus school and have done a lot of aerial stuff (pole, hoop, silks, trapeze). It's awesome The actual circus school puts on big performances & the students are hired at various events to perform.... might be a great place to start?

  8. I completed my very first (and second) double-under on Saturday during my skipping workout!!!! Still working towards consecutive..... but I got that rope under! WOOOT!
  9. I don't see why a hand mixer wouldn't work - you basically are just trying to mix it all up, right? It'll get a little frothy as well.... try it!
  10. I drink my coffee with coconut oil, too. Yum!! I drink it during my fasted state, from my understanding it's ok.... definitely ups the fat for the day! I think eventually I'll wean myself off & just drink my coffee black (a long way off from sugary, cream-laden lattes & coffee with as much cream as it takes to make it almost white!).

  13. I love those drapey shirts too.... I know lulu has something like that, but waaaay out of my price range. I made my own with a funny t-shirt - cut the arms, tied up the back into a racerback, then just wear a sports bra underneath! plus a Popeye shirt makes me feel tough! haha
