Hey, ok... So... I just started working out... After day 1 I was tired and all... Day 2 I was asked to come in again else it'd be difficult for me the next time.. So I went... And now seems my period is like 2 weeks early... Is this normal?
First time, I'm officially working out, and I think I might be pushing too hard, but still... I'm freaking out.. Should I stop or is this normal so I should continue??
