  3. Well it would be a 4 hour drive so staying the night would be necessary, and the only thing I'm worried about is the fact that i'm super shy and don't want it to be awkward. I know I can trust him, and I have family in that area if there is a need for that.
  4. Oh my! Well I think you could totally do it. you are an athlete and in amazing shape. Its just a small obstacle. You can climb a rope for crying out loud! You can totally swim a little bit, besides you'll be more buoyant in the ocean thanks to salt water
  5. Hello Ranger friends! So its my rest day but my little baby Doc said we HAD to go for a walk so a little over 2 miles we went. I'm pretty excited because this is my last few days working at a job that I freaking hate! And I'm starting a different job at the end of next week to get me through the end of school. So I need a little advice! A new friend was supposed to come visit next week, but his car broke and caused him to get a different car and therefor has no money to visit. I could go visit him, but I'm super scared. We haven't met yet, but we talk everyday and everytime we talk on the phone we talk for nearly 2 hours. We have been talking for a little over a month. I'm just not sure what to do. And also will I be able to stick to my goals if I'm not at home?!

  8. No setback is real, only a temporary learning experience. Thats my motto after gaining a bunch of weight back I had lost. Works pretty good because now I don't let myself continue a destructive pattern. Though I don't think that you have that problem, just a slight slip. Still doing amazing otherwise

  10. Amazing day!!! I've been trying to do pushups but every time I get into position my back hurts, so I have to go to knees. Way to go! I am proud of you!

  12. Nom Nom Nom. I just ate a yummy dinner of roasted beef chunks with potatoes, turnips, broccoli, onion and garlic!!! So good! I did day 3 of c25k and felt really good after it. I then did 51 min of the crossfit ramp. Which was awesome. I kept being all like just one more minute....Until my legs made me stop. I then had the biggest craving for orange juice so since I had to go to the store anyway I got some, and drank it all on the drive home. oh, did I mention nomnomnom

  16. It looks like you are doing great! I'm still super jealous of that concert, but I'm glad you guys had fun! And I'm super impressed with your ability to actually get out of bed at 530 and do your workout. I am not a robot(yet) and I love sleep above most things in life! Anyway. Great job with everything you are doing!
  17. I super hate running outside. I just have never been able to find a rhythm with it. I think that once i get used to running on a treadmill and feel comfortable with that I'll try running outside again....

  21. Happy Week Two Rangers!!!!! I'm so pumped over my progress so far! I totally worked out 5 days last week. I have lost 4 frakking pounds in a week!!!!! So excited And have had no soda for 7 days! Legit! My room isn't clean yet, but I kinda figured it would take some time. But I can see my floor and my clean clothes are put away! I raised my bed and got some underbed storage. So far so good! Ok, now for something that is super stressing me out! So school is starting in a couple weeks. This is supposed to be my last year to get my associates. I have to be cpr certified when school starts because I'm going into dietetics and well be doing clinicals. I was all signed up for cpr class, double checked it saturday night to make sure everything was good oh and guess what its NOT for healthcare providers! WTF! The next class doesn't start till AFTER school starts and I'm in the process of getting a hold of the program director to find out if she'll be ok with that......I'm kinda freaking out. But I am working on a back up plan, because I do want to get my bachelors anyway so maybe I'll figure out a way to take transfer credits instead. I don't know. Kinda losing it, but hoping for the best. The good news is I'm getting my hair cut today!
  22. I am so far behind in your thread! The date sounds like it was amazing! It sucks that she's being a stupid girl now. I hope that she really did lose her phone and will get in touch with you as soon as she has it back! If not, she can suck it and she doesn't deserve you! And don't worry, I have a hard time dating guys! I've been cursed with an inability to date. Your work outs are kicking butt, your room looks fantastic and I love that quote. Also I secretly wish you were my coach. Ok maybe not so secret now.....
