  1. You always look so angry in your pictures! Which is completely contradictory to how I imagine you. lol
  2. I think you are being too hard on yourself! You are doing amazing, just look at the rest of it and it kinda balances out. Just try to keep a positive outlook and it will be so much easier than if you beat yourself up. Trust me, I am the Queen of self-deprication. I know how to beat myself up. Its so much easier to be nicer and keep things in perspective!!!
  3. Wow you are doing amazing! Running 2.77 miles!!! Fantastic! You are going to kill that 5k! You have 5 weeks to just get amazing. Keep it up!
  4. Today was good, I am exhausted now. I did day 2 of c25k then some crossramp and negatives and pushups! Still going strong with no soda! I am having a little ice cream though...darn my mother! It is delicious though!

  7. I added in some pushups in between sets today! I'm gonna do some tomorrow before I do my Cardio too!
  8. Okie dokie! So it hasn't been a super day because I've been lazy about food today and had a small cremeslush from sonic. But I still worked out and I still have had no soda!

  15. No big whoop! I would feel the same way as you but you already have a counteractive plan. And As cline said, we are human and sometimes need a little bitty cheat. Don't cry over spilled milk as my mother (never!) said.

  20. Hey there! Welcome! I know how it feels to be shy. I basically just started posting on as many threads as i can keep up with! I completely understand about change! I moved in January for school and through my whole life off balance. My problem was I didn't prepare for it. So I think with you knowing that there is that problem you can make a plan and be in very good shape!
  21. Well at least you went to the gym! On a sluggish day that is an accomplishment! And I think cleaning the kitchen is impressive, because I flippin hate to do dishes! So great work anyway!
  22. Still no soda! I got to go swimming today because work was cancelled for me. And I lifted! Woot. I'm feeling pretty dang good at the moment!
