  1. I don't think to spend money on that if you think yourself and check out some famous fitness website you can able to find their weight loss blogs with ideas. I can give you some tips about a healthy diet. Try to add protein to your diet. Base your diet on whole, single-ingredient foods. Try to avoid processed food. Every time stock up your healthy food and snack like (Yogurt, whole fruit nuts, carrots, and hard-boiled eggs.) Try to drink enough water. Get enough sleep. These are some basic tips to reduce your weight. And the last tip I want to add that is Do workouts with yoga this helps to burn your fat.
