  1. I am bit late but here are my goals anyway: 1 Walk for at least an hour each day. 2 Jog 3 times /week 3 Be on a Paleo diet every day except 17th-19th of June and 24th-25th of June. 4 Write 500 words every day
  2. Paleo Diet B: I stuck with it for 22 days, but ggave it up on a night when I went out drinking. Go to the gym twice a week B: Skipped it last week of the challenge. Visualization F : It was boring and uninspiring so I stopped. Writing my philosophy paper F: Goal 10 pages, I think I wrote one.
  3. After a night of drinking I am out of the challenge...two days left it is a bit of a bummer. Still I managed to lose some weight, I now weight 72kg. Looking forward to the next 28-lenge
  4. Pretty tired of the diet. Cheated again with a bit of orange juice. Looking forward to eating junk food again soon
  5. Halfway through the challenge, I am still sticking with the diet and going to the gym twice a week. Daily visualizations was just boring, and I haven't written anything on the paper. Hopefully I will get around to that.

I just did Yoga before I actually started with the 28-day challenge (I started after New Years, so I guess it is a 24day challenge for me ), becuase I wanted to start right away with the challenge, but figured that it would be really hard on New Years. So no Yoga right now. I went to the gym on Tuesday and yesterday, but not today. I exercised a bit at home instead, but I took it easy. Still I have been to the Gym twice this week which was my goal, so no worries there. I have no problem following the paleo diet, but I haven't started with my paper. Hopefully I will get around to that
  7. It was a very nice description of your goals, incoperating them with the four elements. Makes me wish I had chosen druid as a class. Oh well maybe I do that next time
  8. When on paleo I try to stick with only natural sources of sugar. The problem with orangejuice is that the concentration of sugar is higher than I think we are adapted to, because there is not much fibre in Orange Juice compared to oranges. But I am only that fanatic when on a paleo diet
  9. I cheated a bit today and had orangejuice. Tomorrow I will probably go to the gym.
  10. I will probably start baoxing in February or March.
  11. I am doing ok so far: Paleo diet no problem, almost forgot the visualizations yesterday and I haven't written anything on the philosophy paper yet. I got another paper that we have to hand in before the 17th of January. So I guess I will concentrate on that one.
  12. It's only for 24 days so I don´t think it will be so hard. If I can see the finishline then it is ok Yoga was just for fun because I was excited about starting on this adventure. But my left brain tells me that it is better to wait until after New Years. I don't have much info on the visualizations, I will just do some relaxation and think corny thoughts
  13. I am going to add daily visualizations for 5 minutes to my list of goals, starting from January 1st.

  15. I have been following paleo before, but I usually have to let other people know about it to stick with it. When I get tempted then I can just remember that it would be embarassing to let them know that I failed...So my strategy is to tell about it here to be accountable. When I am on paleo I usually eat fruit and red meat. I drink only tea and water, sometimes I cheat by drinking some juice
  16. I got so inspired that I did some yoga and a bit of juggling already
  17. My goal will be to participate in basic training so that I can practise boxing later. My goals are 1. To follow a strict paleo diet from January 1st to January 24th 2. Go to the gym twice a week during that period. 3 Write ten pages on my philosophy paper. My race is human and my class is monk. Right now I weight 76 kg and I am 180cm tall.
