  1. I will surely try this. However, is there some way we could communicate more easily? Using the forum isn't very reliable if we are really planning on working on this together.
  2. It feels more like a muscle failure. Basically if I try to do one more push up, my arms just can't stand it and I fall to the ground. 16 reps was the best I could do in one set. I used to do 16 reps in the first set and then gradually go down. The second set would have 15 reps and so on. I'm doing the same kind of push ups since I started (the normal one). The breathing might be a problem since I rarely stop to breathe during reps, only when I feel like I really need to.
  3. Around 2 months ago I started to properly begin my workout. I chose to start small, so right now I'm only doing push ups. However, I don't feel like I'm actually acomplishing anything. I might have overestimated how fast I am supposed to grow but right now I actually feel like I'm getting worse. When I started I could easily do around 16 push ups. Now, however, 10 is around enough to put me down. I'm trying to understand what exactly might be the problem. Right now I'm doing 5 sets of 10 repetitions each every 2 days, so I don't think I'm pushing myself too far. Yesterday I tried to step up and do 11 repetitions per set, but I could barely manage it. Any advice on this?
