I keep telling myself i didn't get overweight and out of shape overnight. I won't correct that quickly. I am barely a month into trying to eat cleaner. (One double bacon cheeseburger in a month) I've joined a gym and go three times a week most weeks. The first day there i was sucking air and wasn't lifting near what i felt i should be. The gym owner who competes as a bodybuilder patted me on the back and said i was doing great. Obviously the look on my face told him i thought differently. He said, "Your doing better that yesterday and out lifting everyone at home" I never thought of it that way. So just do better today than you did yesterday.
