Hi everyone, My name is Sarah I am 26 and I live in Canberra, Australia. I have had a bit of a love hate relationship with exercise and sport over the last few years, having played everything from Volleyball to Quidditch. I have found myself having less and less time for a team sport so I have decided to start going to the gym. I go to the gym with my dad and am really enjoying the feeling I get when I can lift something stronger than I could a little while ago. I am just addicted to that feeling. I am looking for others to help me in my strength journey and to just keep me motivated. I havent ever really joined a forum community before so I am hesitant but looking forward to it.
